Its markings on the bottom establish it as being produced between 1873 and 1891 during the directorship of Edward Moore. Under Moore Tiffany became a silver manufacturer as well as retailer. It was under Moore’s innovations and deigns brought Tiffany to the forefront of American silver manufacturers.
