Vintage Design
This rare floor lamp was produced by the Swedish lighting manufacturer NAFA Nybro Armaturfabrik in the late 1960s. The striking, tall base is executed in solid Swedish pine wood, displaying the lively, attractive grain pine wood is known for. The substantial round central stem with carved column and break details. Rounded, disc shaped floor base. The shade has been renewed in an ivory, linen textured fabric which offers a nice contrast with the grain and color of the wood. The shape of the shade emphasizes the graceful presence of the lamp. The lamp is in very good condition. Marked with the manufacturer’s label on the bottom of the base. Currently with a 220V European plug, regular E26/E27 bulb, light switch located on the lamp holder.
