Contemporary Design
Introducing Hera, a one-of-a-kind lamp meticulously crafted from a vintage Royal Delft (De Porceleyne Fles) Delvert vase. The Delvert line, a fusion of the French word for green (vert) and the city of Delft, was an innovative creation by Dutch painter Herman Sanders. Characterized by its rare blue-green hue and hand-painted designs sealed with a milky glaze, the Delvert series was short-lived, existing only from 1968 to 1976 due to challenges in maintaining the unique color during firing.
