An interesting night lamp from the early 1960s, made in Germany. A lamp with a glass shade, made of pressed glass, elongated, the so-called grape or candle lampshade. supported on a brass arm, the whole set on a marble base. The button switch lamp works with a single E14 bulb up to 60W. The item is functional, shows normal signs of use, marble and glass are undamaged.

Art Deco period lamp around 1930, in the taste of Jacques Adnet or Desny, the barrel made up of a stack of carved glass elements resting on a black opaline base also cut and finished with balls, the diffuser in Thick frosted glass with geometric patterns of DEGUE.

The foot in perfect condition, the diffuser has a slight lack of the socket (not visible).

The monumental size of the three lamps presented is only the first design asset. They are majestic. The details are incredible with the wide collar near the neck and warm brass patina. They measure 31 inches from the base to the socket and 36 inches including the harp and finials, all original. The lamps work perfectly and have three-way switches.
The appraiser calls them “elegant despite their comparative simplicity.” The hand-hammering is absolutely a nod to the Arts & Crafts style, though these have more sophistication. The hammering treatment creates a beautiful sort of reflection from the brass. The mahogany touches in the form of circular collars is smart, and creates visual interest with the hand-hammering. These definitely have a “wow” factor. Each of circular section and tapered conical form with narrow top and foot.
They are unmarked.
The lamps are in good vintage condition. There are a few signs of age to the surface of the lamps. The lamps could benefit from a bit of conservancy, but they present extremely well.

I love the faux brass look of these ceramic lamps–yes ceramic. They have an architectural look, hexagonal, and they bring panache to a living area. This is the epitome of statement lighting. They look amazing with a dark or light shade, your choice according to your decor, but a pale yellow or off white shade will interact with the brass look highlight of this pair.

This is a beautiful Ethan Allen lamp from the 1970s, and my parents are the original owners. The base is crafted from solid brass and shaped in a striking, octagonal ginger jar shape. Features a 3-way light switch (does not include bulb). The brass displays a lovely, vintage patina (please see detail photos). Includes a fully functional harp and only requires a new lamp shade that suits your specific taste. Please note, the lamp is unmarked/does not display a logo.
