Very fine 19th century Flemish ebony center or writing table having floral marquetry inlay inlaid bone insects on a walnut, ebony and faux tortoise background, bone and ebony patterned moldings, with the legs with gilt capitals and bases, standing on original bun feet, the legs joined by a flat shaped stretcher similarly decorated. Probably Antwerp, circa 1860.
